PickleMatch Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 13, 2026
PickleMatch helps hosts run pickleball sessions with court schedules, join codes, live scores, and standings. We do not sell personal data, use advertising SDKs, track people across apps and websites, or request location, contacts, microphone, payment, push notification, AI, or ad permissions.
Information We Collect
PickleMatch stores the session information that hosts and players enter into the app, such as player names, court settings, generated schedules, match scores, standings, and session join codes. PickleMatch also uses Supabase anonymous session identifiers so the same live session can sync across joined devices without a user-facing account or password.
How We Use Information
We use session information only to run the app's core functionality: syncing schedules, showing court boards, recording scores, and calculating standings.
Data Sharing
Session data is stored with Supabase, our service provider, so the web, iOS, and Android apps can stay in sync. We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or AI services.
Camera Access
QR scanning may ask for camera access to scan a join code. Camera frames are processed on the device and are not uploaded by PickleMatch.
Data Retention and Deletion
Session data is kept only to provide live schedules, scores, and standings. To request deletion of a session, email us with the session code. We will delete matching session records within 30 days unless we need to retain limited information for legal, security, or abuse prevention reasons.
